Take Action!

Urge Premier Gordon Campbell to take action against the destruction of B.C. forests and the dwindling habitat of the spirit bear! Ask him to safeguard all proposed protection areas on the B.C. coast including the spirit bear conservancy and to enact means to protect at least the 45–50% of the coast recommended by the scientific team. As well, the province needs to finally provide the conservation financing promised First Nations for sustainable economic development based on environmental protection.
